Terry Henley was born in Oxford, AL. Played collegiately at Auburn. In 1972 was named first team All-SEC and second team All-American. Was the leading rusher in the SEC with a 93.7 average per game during the ’72 season. He was elected to Auburn 1970’s Team of the Decade. As a freshman, he was the leading rusher on the freshman team. Played professional for the Atlanta Falcons, Birmingham Americans (WFL), the Washington Redskins and the New England Patriots.
